For everyone’s wellbeing we continue to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, using such as single-use items where possible, rigorous procedures for sterilising instruments, wiping of all contaminated surfaces between patients, and of course, wearing PPE.

• We would ask you to contact the practice before you arrive if you have symptoms of a respiratory virus eg a cough, cold, runny nose. We may ask you to rearrange the appointment if it is not urgent.

• Remember to bring along a list of any current medication you are taking.

• Try not to arrive too early. We may ask you to wait in the car if the waiting room becomes too crowded.

• Please let reception know of any change to your contact information as this may effect the availability of appointments we can offer you.

• We would encourage people to use a card only for payments.
