We want you to be entirely satisfied with your care and treatment. If you are not satisfied with the care or service provided please talk to us about it, or write to our complaints manager Mr Jon Moore, who will deal with the problem according to our complaints policy. The practice operates a strict confidentiality policy with regard to all information provided by and pertaining to our patients. Violent or abusive behavior towards any of our staff will not be tolerated and any patient behaving in such a manner will be refused treatment.
